There are even more options in the general search. Of the 10,540 vacancies on Cloz, 9,110 are open to women: either no gender is stated, or the ad says women.

  • A stated salary in 1,453 of 2,536 vacancies, so more than half.
Many ads give an age range, such as "18–35", and the languages needed, usually Uzbek and Russian. If your age does not fit, you can still call and ask.

How to find work near home

A long trip across the city every day is tiring, so start with your own region. On 9 October 2026:
  • Tashkent city: 728 vacancies. Most are in sales (222) and cafes (145).
  • Fergana region: 281. Manufacturing and textiles lead here (84). Kokand is included in this list.
How to search:
  1. Open the list for your region.
  1. Check the address line on each vacancy card. It often names a district or a landmark: a market, a metro station, a shop.
  1. If there is no address, ask on the phone how to get there and whether there is a staff bus.
Part-time and shifts. Part-time vacancies are rare in the list: 28. Shift work is much more common: 403. A "one day on, one day off" schedule or a night shift also leaves free days. In 213 vacancies, pay is daily. See also shift work and part-time jobs.

Working from home: real options and traps

To be honest, there are few work-from-home jobs for women. The list has 25 remote vacancies and one hybrid, about 1%. On 9 October, the Fergana, Samarkand and Namangan lists had no remote vacancies at all.
Real remote work usually needs a skill and a phone or computer:
  • running social media (SMM);
  • Telegram channel admin and video editing, from 2 million UZS;
  • recruiter or HR assistant;
  • online sales or phone operator;
  • teaching a language online.
All remote vacancies, not only those for women, are in the remote jobs section.
Signs of a trap:
  • "Online income" with no description of the work.
  • High pay for simple tasks: liking posts, writing reviews, "just chatting".
  • You have to pay for training, access or a "starter kit".
  • The same ad appears again and again with different phone numbers.

No experience? Where to start

Jobs without experience are more common than you may think. In 468 vacancies in the list, the employer says no experience is needed, and in 82 more, up to a year is enough. In Namangan, 71 of 169 vacancies need no experience.
Easier places to start:
  1. A shop. Some shops train you on the job. One recent ad from Tashkent offers a one-week trial, then from 4 million UZS plus a share of sales.
  1. A sewing workshop. Some workshops write "we will train you". For example, a workshop in Chilanzar hires seamstresses for day or night shifts and gives a dormitory and three meals a day.
  1. A cafe. Waitresses are often hired without experience, but pay is usually per shift.
  1. A call center. Clear, calm speech matters.
All such vacancies are in the no experience list. A short resume helps even without experience: how to write a resume with no experience.
What to say on the phone:
"Hello. I am calling about the shop assistant vacancy on Cloz. I have no experience yet, but I am ready to learn. Where is the shop, what are the hours, and do you offer training?"

What the jobs really pay

Based on recent ads on 9 October 2026, most salaries are 3 to 5 million UZS a month.
  • Above average: seamstresses (median 5 million) and call center operators (often up to 6 million).
  • About 4 million: cleaners, nannies, administrators.
  • Shop assistants and cashiers: about 3.75 million, sometimes plus a share of sales.
  • Waitresses: often paid per shift, 100,000–500,000 UZS a day.
If the pay is much higher than these numbers and there are almost no requirements, be careful. To see what your work is worth: how to know your market value.

Safety: check the vacancy before you meet

Most ads are honest. But job searches for women attract some special scams. Go through this list.
Checklist:
Nobody asks for money: a "deposit", "registration fee", "uniform" or "training".
Nobody asks for full-length, swimsuit or "no make-up" personal photos. A photo on your resume is normal; other photos are not.
It is not a "model", "hostess" or "meeting clients" job with pay several times higher than usual.
You understand exactly what the work is.
The meeting is at an office, shop or workshop, not in a flat or a car.
You show your passport but never leave it with the employer.
You never share card details or SMS codes.
Your family knows where and when you are going.
If any item fails, stop and check the company. More about common schemes: fake job offers on Telegram.

How the data was collected

  • Source. Vacancies on Cloz: ads from Telegram channels and from employers.
  • Date. 9 October 2026.
  • What we counted. The number of vacancies in the "Jobs for women" list (ads where the employer says they are looking for a woman), for the whole country and by region. Professions, fields, schedules, meals and housing come from the same list.
  • Pay. For each profession, we took the 30 most recent vacancies open to women and found the median of those with a monthly salary in UZS (8 to 19 vacancies per profession). "Most ads" is the middle half of those salaries. Only 3 of 30 waitress ads gave a monthly salary, so we show the per-shift pay instead.
