9.2. AI functions are auxiliary in nature and do not constitute final decisions. The Administration does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of results generated using AI.
9.3. AI may make mistakes: incorrectly ranking vacancies, generating irrelevant recommendations, or making incorrect decisions when moderating content. The Administration is not liable for the consequences of such errors.
9.4. The User acknowledges that search results, recommendations, and other conclusions generated by AI should not be considered as the sole or final source of information when making employment or hiring decisions.
9.5. To train and improve AI models, the Administration may use anonymized and aggregated data on user behavior on the platform. Personal data is not transferred in explicit form for AI training.
9.6. If the User believes that an AI decision (for example, the rejection of a vacancy during moderation) is erroneous, they have the right to contact the service's support team at info@cloz.uz to have the decision reviewed by a human.

11.3. A Donation is not payment for any services of the platform, does not create any reciprocal obligations of the Administration toward the User, and does not grant the User any additional rights, privileges, or benefits in using the service, unless expressly stated otherwise on the platform.
11.4. Donations made are non-refundable and will not be returned under any circumstances, except in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
11.5. By sending a Donation, the User confirms that they are acting voluntarily and knowingly and do not regard this transaction as the purchase of goods or services.
