Public Offer / Terms of Use

Cloz.uz Service

Effective date: 04.09.2026

This document constitutes the Public Offer and Terms of Use of the Cloz.uz service and governs use of the Platform, including paid services provided to Employers.

The service provider, owner and operator of the Platform is the CLOZ Website Administration, hereinafter referred to as “CLOZ” or the “Website Administration”.

Any person using the Platform is referred to as a “User”. Depending on the nature of use, a User may be a Job Seeker or an Employer.

Use of CLOZ free functionality constitutes acceptance of the applicable provisions of these Terms. Payment for any paid service or Business Subscription constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Public Offer. The agreement between CLOZ and the User is deemed concluded upon such acceptance.

1. General Provisions

1.1. Cloz.uz is an online employment and recruitment platform that combines job listings, resumes, application receiving and processing tools, an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), a Telegram bot and other services for Job Seekers and Employers.

1.2. The Platform may contain vacancies published directly by Employers as well as vacancies obtained from publicly available sources.

1.3. The service is intended for individuals, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs and operates in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

1.4. Certain CLOZ functions are available free of charge, while others are provided on a paid basis in accordance with the terms and plans published on the website.

1.5. CLOZ may develop the Platform, add, modify or discontinue individual functions. Such changes shall not retroactively alter the conditions of a paid period or deprive a User of an already paid service without an equivalent replacement, extension or other remedy required by applicable law.

2. Registration and Account

2.1. To access certain functions, the User may be required to register and provide accurate information.

2.2. Registration may be completed using a phone number, email address, Google account, social network account or other methods available on the Platform.

2.3. The User is responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for actions performed through the account.

2.4. If unauthorized access is suspected, the User should contact info@cloz.uz.

2.5. CLOZ may restrict or block an account where these Terms, applicable law or Platform rules are violated.

3. Terms for Job Seekers

3.1. Core job-search and profile-creation functionality is provided to Job Seekers free of charge unless expressly stated otherwise on the Platform.

3.2. Job Seekers must provide accurate information in resumes, profiles and applications.

3.3. CLOZ is not a party to an employment agreement between a Job Seeker and an Employer and does not guarantee employment.

3.4. By creating a resume or profile or submitting an application through CLOZ, the Job Seeker understands and agrees that relevant information may be stored and processed in CLOZ information systems for the operation of the service, job search and recruitment.

3.5. Subject to the Job Seeker’s privacy settings, actions and consent, CLOZ may use resume and application information for:

  • delivering an application to the selected Employer;
  • making a resume available to Employers with appropriate access to the CLOZ resume database;
  • identifying and recommending relevant vacancies;
  • simplifying future applications and interaction with Employers;
  • preventing fraud and abuse;
  • analytics, statistics and Platform improvement;
  • development of CLOZ employment and recruitment services.

3.6. CLOZ may retain resumes and application history after a particular recruitment process has ended in order to continue providing employment opportunities and Platform functionality, unless applicable law, the Job Seeker’s settings or a lawful request requires otherwise.

3.7. Employers may pay CLOZ for access to candidate search and recruitment tools, including access to the resume database. Such payment is a fee for CLOZ services and infrastructure and does not constitute the sale of a Job Seeker’s personal data as a standalone product.

3.8. A Job Seeker may manage profile visibility through available Platform settings and may contact CLOZ regarding personal data at info@cloz.uz.

4. Terms for Employers

4.1. Employers may publish vacancies and use CLOZ recruitment tools in accordance with available plans and tariffs.

4.2. Employers are responsible for the accuracy of information they publish and confirm that vacancies are genuine and current.

4.3. Vacancies containing unlawful, fraudulent or discriminatory requirements, or other content prohibited by applicable law or CLOZ rules, are not permitted.

4.4. CLOZ may moderate, reject or remove vacancies that violate applicable law or Platform rules.

4.5. Payment for an individual vacancy publication is final. Refunds are made only where required by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan or expressly provided by the terms of the relevant service.

5. Business Subscription

5.1. CLOZ provides Employers with a paid Business Subscription according to the selected plan.

5.2. Depending on the selected plan, the Business Subscription includes:

  • access to the CLOZ resume database within the limits of the selected plan;
  • access to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS);
  • functionality for receiving, viewing and processing applications through CLOZ;
  • access to the CLOZ Telegram bot for receiving and processing applications;
  • other features expressly included in the relevant plan on the website.

5.3. Specific limits, functionality, number of users and vacancies, resume access limits and other parameters are determined by the selected plan published on the CLOZ website.

5.4. Payment for the Business Subscription constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Public Offer.

5.5. The Business Subscription is provided for the paid billing period. If automatic renewal or automatic charging is available for the selected payment method, relevant information is displayed to the User when the service is activated.

5.6. When there is no active Business Subscription, the Employer loses access to all paid subscription functionality, including the resume database, ATS, paid application viewing and processing functionality, the Employer Telegram bot and other features included in the applicable plan.

5.7. Expiration or cancellation of a subscription does not by itself cause immediate deletion of previously created vacancies, applications, activity history or other information from CLOZ systems. Such data may be retained in accordance with these Terms, the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

5.8. If the subscription is reactivated, access to previously retained information may be restored where such information is still stored by CLOZ.

6. Fees and Changes to Plans

6.1. Service fees are determined by the plans published on the CLOZ website or stated in an invoice or individual commercial offer.

6.2. The price of the selected Business Subscription applicable on the Employer’s first payment date shall remain unchanged for that Employer for at least 12 months from the first payment date, provided that the Employer continues using the same plan with a comparable scope of services.

6.3. During this 12-month period, CLOZ will not increase the price of the selected plan for that Employer, including subsequent renewals within that period.

6.4. Price protection does not apply if the Employer changes to another plan, requests increased limits or service volume, purchases additional paid functionality or orders individual services not included in the original plan.

6.5. After the 12-month period, CLOZ may change prices for subsequent billing periods. A new price does not apply retroactively and does not alter the price of an already paid period.

6.6. Changes to generally published plans on the website likewise do not affect a period already paid for by the User.

7. Applications, Resumes and Candidate Data

7.1. CLOZ is an independent employment and recruitment platform and not merely a technical channel for transmitting an application to a particular Employer.

7.2. Where a Job Seeker submits an application through the CLOZ website, a CLOZ form, the CLOZ Telegram bot or another CLOZ-controlled interface, that application may be stored in CLOZ information systems.

7.3. Subject to the Job Seeker’s consent, privacy settings and applicable law, CLOZ may continue to process such information for Platform operation, job and candidate matching, Employer services, analytics and product development.

7.4. The fact that an application was initially submitted for a particular Employer’s vacancy does not by itself grant that Employer exclusive rights over the Job Seeker’s resume or profile.

7.5. CLOZ may make a Job Seeker’s profile available to other Employers only to the extent permitted by the Job Seeker’s consent, settings and applicable law.

7.6. Payments by Employers for subscriptions, database access or other CLOZ tools are payments for service functionality and do not constitute a purchase of ownership rights in candidates’ personal data.

7.7. Where an Employer independently imports resumes or personal data obtained outside CLOZ into the CLOZ ATS, the Employer confirms that it has a lawful basis to transfer and process such data.

7.8. Importing external candidate data into the ATS does not by itself add such data to the general CLOZ resume database and does not automatically authorize CLOZ to make the data available to other Employers without an appropriate lawful basis.

8. Personal Data

8.1. CLOZ processes personal data in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the CLOZ Privacy Policy.

8.2. Depending on use of the service, CLOZ may process names and contact details, resume and professional profile information, employment history, education and skills, application history, service usage data, technical information and other information voluntarily provided by the User.

8.3. Personal data may be processed for Platform operation, provision of services, job and candidate search, communication, security, analytics, product improvement and development.

8.4. CLOZ does not sell personal data as a standalone information product. CLOZ may charge Employers for services, software tools, search, filtering and lawful access to the resume database.

8.5. Third-party access to personal data is provided only where a lawful basis exists and subject to the User’s consents and settings.

8.6. CLOZ may use aggregated and/or anonymized data for statistics, research, product development, algorithm improvement and AI functionality.

8.7. Users may contact info@cloz.uz regarding access to, correction of or deletion of personal data within the rights provided by applicable law.

8.8. Further details regarding processing of personal data are set out in the CLOZ Privacy Policy, which forms part of the Platform rules.

9. Aggregated Vacancies

9.1. CLOZ may obtain vacancies from publicly available sources and third-party resources and display them for informational purposes.

9.2. CLOZ does not guarantee the accuracy, currency or completeness of an aggregated vacancy unless it was published directly by an Employer on the Platform.

9.3. When visiting a third-party resource, the User acts independently. CLOZ does not control the content or privacy policies of such resources.

9.4. A rights holder may contact info@cloz.uz regarding removal or correction of aggregated information.

10. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

10.1. CLOZ will take reasonable measures to maintain Platform operation, protect User data and review substantiated requests.

10.2. CLOZ may establish technical and plan limits, moderate content, develop functionality, perform maintenance and take measures against abuse.

10.3. Users must comply with applicable law, these Terms and Platform rules, respect third-party rights, refrain from unauthorized access to data, refrain from automated data collection without CLOZ authorization and not use the service for unlawful purposes.

10.4. CLOZ may temporarily suspend individual functions for maintenance, security purposes or troubleshooting.

11. Use of Artificial Intelligence

11.1. CLOZ may use artificial intelligence and automated algorithms for search, sorting and ranking of vacancies and resumes, recommendations, moderation and other auxiliary functions.

11.2. AI functionality is auxiliary and does not guarantee employment, candidate quality or correctness of a hiring decision.

11.3. Automated results may contain errors or irrelevant recommendations. Users should not treat such results as the sole source of information when making employment or hiring decisions.

11.4. CLOZ may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve algorithms and AI functionality in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

11.5. A User who believes that an automated moderation result is incorrect may contact info@cloz.uz.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1. Rights in CLOZ software code, design, interfaces, logos, brand, texts and other Platform elements owned by CLOZ are protected by applicable law.

12.2. Users receive a limited right to use the service solely in accordance with these Terms.

12.3. By publishing vacancies, resumes or other content on the Platform, the User grants CLOZ a non-exclusive right to use such content to the extent necessary to operate, display, process and develop the service, subject to personal-data requirements.

12.4. Copying, mass extraction, reproduction or distribution of Platform materials outside permitted functionality is prohibited without CLOZ written permission or another lawful basis.

13. Payments, Refunds and Voluntary Support

13.1. Payments for paid services are made using methods available on the Platform or stated in an invoice.

13.2. A paid service is considered to be in the course of provision once the relevant access has been granted or performance of the ordered service has started.

13.3. Refunds are made in the cases and manner required by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan or expressly provided in the terms of the relevant service.

13.4. A User may voluntarily provide financial support to the CLOZ project through a support feature available on the Platform. Such support is not payment for a service, does not grant additional rights or privileges and is non-refundable except where expressly required by applicable law.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1. The service is provided on an “as is” basis. CLOZ takes reasonable measures to maintain stable operation but does not guarantee the absolute absence of technical failures, errors or interruptions.

14.2. CLOZ is not a party to employment relations and is not responsible for decisions, actions or omissions of Employers or Job Seekers.

14.3. To the extent permitted by law, CLOZ is not liable for indirect losses or loss of profit resulting from use of or inability to use the service.

14.4. To the extent permitted by law, CLOZ aggregate liability in connection with a paid service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the User for the relevant service during the most recent billing period.

15. Amendments and Termination of Use

15.1. CLOZ may update this Public Offer from time to time. A new version becomes effective upon publication on the website unless a different effective date is specified.

15.2. Continued use of the service after a new version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the applicable updated terms.

15.3. An amendment cannot retroactively change the price of an already paid period. The price protection provided in Section 6 remains effective regardless of publication of a new version.

15.4. A User may stop using the service at any time. Termination of use or a subscription does not cancel obligations that arose before termination.

15.5. CLOZ may restrict or terminate access where these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights or Platform security are violated.

16. Disputes, Governing Law and Final Provisions

16.1. Relations between the parties are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

16.2. The parties will seek to resolve disputes through negotiations and written communications. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to a competent court of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with applicable law.

16.3. If any provision of this Public Offer is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

16.4. This Public Offer becomes effective upon publication on the website and remains effective until replaced by a new version.
