Remote or on-site?

18 of the 69 part-time jobs in Tashkent are remote, roughly one in four. Among the jobs for students, 15 of 122 are remote.
Remote choice is narrow. Of those 18 remote part-time jobs, 14 are HR recruiter or HR intern roles, 3 are sales manager roles and 1 is for a realtor. In recruiting, part of the income depends on how many vacancies you fill, and some of these listings accept only women.
On-site work offers more variety: sales, promotion, training centres, SMM and copywriting. The hours are fixed, but commuting takes time, so look for a job near your university or home.

How much they pay

The table shows the monthly salary across all Cloz listings for each role (October 2026). It includes full-time listings, so a fixed part-time wage may be lower. For example, a half-day SMM manager listing offers UZS 4–5 million, while the median for the role is UZS 6.5 million.

How to get hired with no experience

  1. Filter for jobs that need no experience. On 8 October 2026 Tashkent had 732 of them, including 29 of the 69 part-time jobs.
  1. Write a one-page CV. List your university and year, languages, computer skills, volunteering and study projects. More on this: What to put on a resume when you have no work experience.
  1. Say exactly when you are free. For example: "Mon–Fri after 15:00, all day Saturday." The employer can see straight away which shift fits you.
  1. Apply to several jobs a day. Each vacancy page on Cloz has the employer's contacts and an apply button.
  1. Keep your phone on. For part-time roles, hiring often starts with a short phone call.

What to ask at the interview

  • How much of the pay is fixed, and how is the bonus calculated?
  • When and how will I be paid: weekly or monthly, by card or in cash?
  • Is there a trial period, and is it paid?
  • Will there be a contract or a written agreement?
  • Can I work fewer hours or take time off during exams?
Ask the employer to confirm the answers in writing, by Telegram or SMS. If there is a disagreement later, you will have proof.

How to spot a scam

Fake listings usually promise "easy money". Stop if you see any of these:
  • You are asked to pay for training, a uniform or a "deposit" before you start
  • You are asked for your card number, an SMS code or a password
  • The pay is several times higher than the medians above, but the duties are vague
  • There is no company name or address, only a request to message a personal Telegram account
  • You are rushed: "places are running out, pay today"
A genuine employer never charges you to hire you. The full list: Fake job offers on Telegram: 12 warning signs.
