Driver Relations/Recruiting

Gender: Female candidates preferred

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and communicate with potential drivers.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with applicants.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
• Coordinate with the team to meet hiring goals.
• Assist drivers throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of relevant experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Responsibility and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
