Salary: 18% + Bonus
Responsibilities:
Coordinate drivers and daily dispatch operations.
Communicate with drivers and brokers.
Monitor loads, routes, and delivery schedules.
Track shipments and provide status updates.
Assist with load booking and resolving operational issues.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a team.
Responsibility and attention to detail.
