Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with TMS Platforms (Ditat, Datatruck or similar)
Your responsibilities:
Monitor and update shipment statuses in the company’s tracking system
Communicate with drivers to confirm location, estimated delivery times, and potential delays.
Ensure data accuracy in transportation management systems (TMS)
Provide accurate and timely updates to customers and dispatchers
