Job Details
MONDO MOTION is hiring: UPDATER. Tashkent office · US trucking. Be the eyes on every load: track trucks in real time, keep brokers and dispatchers updated, and make sure every shipment is documented from pickup to delivery.
Tasks
- Check calls with drivers: location, status, ETA
- Keep Macropoint / Trucker Tools tracking active
- Verify locations via Zippy ELD
- Update load status in QM TMS at every milestone
- Collect and check BOL/POD, lumper receipts, scale tickets
- Report delays and issues to dispatchers right away
- Hand off all active loads at shift end
Requirements
- English for calls with US drivers and brokers
- Attention to detail, calm under pressure
- Excel / Google Sheets
- US trucking or track & trace experience is a plus
