Requirements
- Experience: 6+ months of experience in update position
- Gender/Age: Any (a female candidate is preferred) / 18+
- Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Strong proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
- Understanding of the U.S. transportation market and broker-carrier relations
- High attention to detail and ability to accurately update TMS/Excel systems
- Fast decision-making and proactive problem-solving under pressure
- Growth mindset for a long-term career
