Description
We are seeking a Sales Consultant to represent our company's products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for meeting weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets by implementing effective sales and persuasion strategies. You will also be required to build relationships with clients, identify new sales opportunities, and develop action plans based on data analysis.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1)
  • Ability to work in the second part of the day (after 19:00)
  • Previous experience in sales and proficiency in sales management software and CRM;
  • Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated personal integrity;
  • Effective time management abilities
  • Responsibilities
  • Maintain relationships with existing and new clients to ensure exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities;
  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycles to close new business;
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to present the product and relay objection handling;
  • Conduct an accurate, consistent, and timely follow-up;
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers;

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
  • Track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets;
  • Ability to effectively balance persuasion and professionalism when dealing with clients;
  • Knowledge of the travel industry and proficiency in GDS (Global Distribution System) skills;
