Job Details
CF Transport is an American company working with US trucking businesses. Our office is located in Mirabad district, Tashkent. No previous experience required — we provide full training on our product and sales process.
Tasks
- Cold-call leads from the company database.
- Identify client needs and present our solutions.
- Handle objections and negotiate terms.
- Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM.
Requirements
- Clear and confident phone communication.
- English (IELTS 6.5+), Russian (C1), Uzbek (fluent).
- Resilience to rejection and motivation to achieve KPIs.
- Willingness to learn and openness to coaching.

- $300 base salary + KPI-based bonuses.
