Job Details
CF Transport is an American company working with US trucking businesses. Our office is in Mirabad district, Tashkent. No experience required — we'll train you on the product and on sales.
Tasks
- Cold-call leads from the company database
- Identify client needs and present our solution
- Handle objections and negotiate terms
- Follow up to move leads through the pipeline
- Keep accurate records in CRM
Requirements
- Clear, confident phone communication
- English (IELTS 6.5+), Russian (C1), Uzbek (fluent)
- Resilience to rejection, drive to hit KPIs
- Openness to coaching
