- Driver Hiring & Onboarding
- Drug & Alcohol Testing Coordination
- MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) Checks
- FMCSA Clearinghouse Queries & Registrations
- PSP Reports & Background Checks
- Driver Qualification Files (DQF)
- License & Document Verification
- New Driver Setup and Compliance Monitoring
- Managing Driver Records and Documentation
- Supporting Daily Safety Operations
Requirements
- Experience: 6 months – 1 year of experience in US Trucking / Safety operations
- Good English and Russian communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer literacy
- Responsibility and time management
- Ability to work in a team
