Job Details
US dry van carrier with 200 trucks and offices in Chicago & Tashkent.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and train the safety team.
- Manage FMCSA compliance, HOS, CSA/SMS and DQF.
- Review accidents, violations and DOT inspections.
- Handle driver discipline, re-training and safety KPIs.
- Improve SOPs and coordinate with HR and management.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of US trucking safety/compliance experience.
- Strong FMCSA knowledge and hands-on Samsara/ELD experience.
- Team leadership skills and fluent English.
- Excel/Google Sheets and TMS knowledge (Ditat is a plus).
- Russian/Uzbek is an advantage.
- Available to work US hours.
