Job Details
SAFETY MANAGER — MARTIAN EXPRESS CO. US dry van carrier with 200 trucks and offices in Chicago & Tashkent.
Responsibilities
- Lead and train the safety team
- Manage FMCSA compliance, HOS, CSA/SMS and DQF
- Review accidents, violations and DOT inspections
- Handle driver discipline, re-training and safety KPIs
- Improve SOPs and coordinate with HR and management
Requirements
- 2+ years of US trucking safety/compliance experience
- Strong FMCSA knowledge and hands-on Samsara/ELD experience
- Team leadership skills and fluent English
- Excel/Google Sheets and TMS knowledge (Ditat is a plus)
- Russian/Uzbek is an advantage
- Available to work US hours
Compensation Details
- $1,500–$2,500
