PO Dispatcher

WE ARE HIRING: EXPERIENCED PO DISPATCHER. Location: Tashkent. NO REMOTE OPTION. NO AMAZON DISPATCH.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of U.S. trucking dispatch experience
• Experience working with J.B. Hunt, UPS, USPS, and other brokers that have their own Power Only load boards
• Strong knowledge of PO operations and street broker loads
• Ability to find profitable loads and negotiate rates
• Good understanding of RPM, deadhead miles, and load profitability
• Strong English communication and broker negotiation skills
• Excellent driver management and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, organized, and results-oriented
• Male, 22+ years old
• Professional / Fluent English — REQUIRED
• Real dispatch experience — REQUIRED
