Logistics Operator (Air Freight)

Logistics Operator (Air Freight) – Khorezm. Manage Expedited/NFO air and domestic shipments, handling export, import, and domestic transactions from booking to confirmation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shipments via online systems and update customers
• Coordinate with international agents, airlines, and internal teams
• Communicate with carriers and origin/destination agents on status and handling
• Ensure documentation accuracy
• Collaborate across EMEA and international branches
• Develop route solutions

Requirements

• Fluent English (professional speaking/writing)
• Logistics/Airfreight knowledge
• Flexible schedule (weekends/holidays)
• Excellent customer service and relationship building
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Team player, service-oriented, professional under pressure
