Requirements
- 1+ year sales experience
- English C1, Russian C1
- Age 18+
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- CRM proficiency and ability to meet targets
Responsibilities
- Convert pre-qualified B2B leads.
- Present fuel card solutions based on customer needs.
- Handle objections and negotiate terms.
- Manage pipeline and CRM records.
- Conduct cold calls to generate leads.
- Meet monthly sales KPIs.
