Logistics company is looking for an experienced and responsible IT Support Specialist to join our team in Tashkent.

Languages:
• Fluent Russian (mandatory)
• English reading comprehension — ability to work without translators

Networking:
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, SSH
• Hands-on experience with ping, traceroute, ifconfig, arp, netcat
• VPN setup and support: OpenVPN, WireGuard (client-side)
• Firewall / reverse proxy — ability to read and modify configurations via GUI and console
• Understanding and setup of NAT rules

Linux (Debian / Ubuntu / CentOS):
• System login and administration
• Service restart, port, memory, and storage checks
• Process management and termination
• Editing configuration files (web server, SSH)
• Package management: install, update, upgrade
• Anaconda: installation, dependency management, upgrades
• Fail2ban: reviewing bans, adding/removing IPs, working with iptables

Windows:
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server
• Active Directory: domain configuration, user/group/share management
• Basic understanding of NFS / SMB file sharing
• Basic PowerShell and Windows shell knowledge
• Environment variable setup for Windows and Linux

Virtualization:
• Basic knowledge of ESXi or Proxmox
• VM creation, start/stop operations, console access (preferred)

Remote Access:
• Experience with RDP, VNC, RustDesk, AnyDesk, TeamViewer

VoIP:
• IP phone setup via GUI (preferred)
