ARAL CARGO LLC is hiring an HR, Recruiting & Fleet Lead.
Tasks
- Contact driver leads within 4 hours and conduct screenings
- Maintain and update the driver recruitment pipeline
- Ensure all trucks are covered with qualified drivers
- Manage onboarding paperwork and hiring processes
- Assist with operational and fleet-related tasks
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Strong phone communication skills
- Excel and Dropbox proficiency
- HR, Recruiting, Logistics, or Customer Service experience preferred
- Must be based in Tashkent and work in-office
Compensation Details
- Salary: Discussed during the interview
- Year-End Bonus
