Key Responsibilities
- Recruit CDL Drivers and Owner-Operators.
- Conduct interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Manage candidate records and the hiring process.
- Coordinate with management and other departments.
Requirements
- Age: 19+
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in recruiting
- English: Confident communication
- 1+ year of recruiting experience.
- Basic knowledge of U.S. logistics.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven and responsible attitude.
