Job Details
We are looking for an HR (Driver Relations) Specialist to communicate with drivers, understand their concerns, and build strong long-term relationships with them.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 months of relevant experience
English — C1 level
Fluent spoken English with good pronunciation
Strong communication skills
Ability to understand and work with drivers' problems
Responsible and professional approach to work
Responsibilities:
Communicating with drivers on a regular basis
Understanding drivers' problems and concerns
Helping resolve driver-related issues
Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with drivers
Following up with drivers to ensure their issues are addressed
Maintaining professional communication throughout the process
