HR / Driver recruiter (EXPEDITE)

TRUCKING COMPANY. Cargo Vans / Sprinter Vans. HR / Driver recruiter (EXPEDITE).

Tasks

• Sourcing and conducting interviews with truck drivers (Owner Operators) across the United States
• Work with TMS + Google Sheets
• Maintaining and updating a database of drivers
• Checking and uploading driver documents in TMS
• Making warm calls to potential candidates from existing databases (generated through paid platforms)
• Performing other tasks related to driver recruiting and HR processes

Requirements

• Gender: Any (females preferred)
• Experience: No exp. required, but preferred
• Good computer skills
• Fluent SPOKEN English + Russian (no barriers)
• Attention to details in documentation and responsibility
• Personal laptop required

Schedule

• Main shift (6 PM - 3 AM Tashkent time)
• Remote work is NOT an option
