Hiring Dispatcher (Box Truck & Sprinter Vans)

We are looking for an experienced and responsible dispatcher.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch Box Truck & Sprinter Van drivers
• Find and negotiate loads
• Communicate with brokers and customers
• Manage driver schedules and routes
• Track loads and provide updates
• Handle daily driver and broker communication
• Maintain accurate dispatch records

Requirements

• Previous dispatching experience required
• English/Russian communication skills
• Experience with Box Trucks & Sprinter Vans is a plus
• Knowledge of load boards and broker communication
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple drivers
