Schedule
- 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM EST (17:00 to 02:00 AM UZB time)
Compensation Details
- Salary: Fixed + KPI (discussed on Interview)
Requirements
- No experience or 1-3 months experience accepted
- C1+ Spoken/Written English (near-native American English)
- C1+ Russian
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of trucking terminology, routes, equipment, and pay structures
- Basic understanding of CDL-A requirements and driver qualification procedures
- Ability to post ads on Indeed, CDL boards, Facebook, etc.; make cold/hot calls; manage referrals
- Good follow-up, organization, and computer skills
- Familiarity with Tenstreet or similar ATS
