Hiring an Experienced Hr Specialist.
Tasks
- Recruit and screen CDL drivers
- Conduct interviews and driver onboarding
- Maintain driver qualification (DQ) files and employment records
- Explain company policies, pay structure, and benefits
- Handle driver concerns, complaints, and conflict resolution
- Support driver retention and engagement initiatives
- Coordinate with Safety, Fleet, and Dispatch departments
- Monitor driver satisfaction and provide regular feedback to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
- Assist with orientation and training programs
Requirements
- Experience: 1.5- 2 years
- Onboarding knowledge required
