MARTIAN EXPRESS CO. — Driver relations specialist. Tashkent | Full-time | US hours. 18:00–02:00 Tashkent time. No experience required.
Vazifalar
- Handle driver calls and resolve issues
- Conduct weekly driver check-ins
- Explain settlements and help resolve payment disputes
- Train new drivers and track bonuses
- Update performance records and prepare reports
- Coordinate with Accounting, HR and other departments
Talablar
- No experience required; training provided
- Good spoken English (tested at interview)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Reliable and comfortable working US hours
- Russian or Uzbek is a plus
