- Experience: 1 Year

- Ability to speak English fluently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to use all types of platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Tasks
- Will be responsible for finding Owner Operators and company drivers
- Leads from all types of platforms such as Facebook, Indeed etc
- Recruit, screen, and onboard CDL drivers
- Source drivers through pools, leads, and job boards
