Work Schedule:
Shift 1: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Shift 2: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Candidate Requirements:
Gender: Female only
Age: No restrictions
Experience: No prior experience required
Willingness to work night shifts.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, proactive, and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:
Finding and contacting potential drivers.
Recruiting and attracting new drivers to the company.
Communicating with candidates and explaining job opportunities.
Conducting initial interviews and screening applicants.
Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintaining communication with potential and existing applicants.
Salary: Fixed salary + Bonuses.
