Compliance & Safety Specialist
Job Details
Tasks
- Maintain DQ files and driver compliance records
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations
- Monitor driver qualification documents, medical certificates, and licenses
- Track HOS compliance and assist with audit preparation
- Support driver onboarding and maintain accurate compliance documentation
- Identify compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in trucking safety and compliance
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations
- Experience managing Driver Qualification (DQ) files, Hours of Service (HOS), driver onboarding, and compliance documentation
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
