Requirements
- Experience: at least completed logistics courses
- Languages: English and Russian is a MUST
- Experience working with AR and AP is a plus
- Experience in working with QuickManage TMS is a plus
- Experience working with RTS and eCapital factoring Companies is a plus
Responsibilities
- Data Entry - Uploading and closing loads in TMS
- Accounts Payable: drivers’ payroll, deposit and debts management, toll management, fuel and other expenses management, 1099 reporting
- Accounts Receivable: working with Factoring Companies, invoice collection, working with disputes, not paid loads, layovers/detentions
- To be able to handle several MCs
- Weekly Reports to Management
Compensation Details
- First month $300
- Every month +$100
- Proved experience - will be discussed individually
Schedule
- 08:00-16:00 (USA Time)
- 18:00-02:00 (Tashkent Winter Time)
