Job Responsibilities:
- Managing daily operations through the Amazon Relay platform.
- Monitoring loads, schedules, and delivery updates.
- Communicating with drivers and handling operational issues.
- Tracking shipments and ensuring timely updates.
- Coordinating daily tasks and resolving issues related to Amazon Relay operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with Amazon Relay.
- Fluent English and Russian communication skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work responsibly and handle daily operational tasks.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Relay processes.
