AI Engineer

About the Role

Looking for an experienced Applied AI Engineer to develop and deploy production-ready AI solutions for enterprise software applications. Turn Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into practical business solutions, including intelligent document processing, knowledge retrieval, and workflow automation.

What You'll Do

• Design and build AI-powered features using LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and intelligent automation
• Develop reliable AI pipelines for document processing, information extraction, and semantic search
• Integrate AI models and services into existing applications through scalable Python APIs and backend services
• Evaluate and improve AI output quality, latency, accuracy, and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop, test, and deploy AI solutions in production

Requirements

• Strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience building production AI applications
• Practical experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and Generative AI integration
• Solid understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent technologies
• Experience developing REST APIs using FastAPI or similar Python frameworks
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, cloud deployment, and software engineering best practices

Nice to Have

• Experience building AI agents, tool-calling workflows, or agentic applications
• Familiarity with AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, or Google Vertex AI
• Experience with LLM evaluation, monitoring, and observability
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable AI infrastructure
