CDL Driver Recruiter We are looking for a motivated and responsible CDL DRIVER RECRUITER to join our team and work with US-based trucking and logistics companies. No previous experience is required — full training will be provided. Requirements * Fluent English communication skills * Basic computer and internet skills * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn * Ability to work independently and communicate with candidates professionally Responsibilities * Source **CDL-A drivers and Owner Operators** through platforms such as Facebook, Craigslist, job boards, and other recruiting channels * Contact and communicate with potential candidates * Recruit, screen, and assist CDL drivers throughout the hiring process * Collect and maintain driver information and records * Work with existing driver pools, leads, and job boards * Follow up with candidates and keep them updated throughout the recruitment process What We Offer * Comission based salary + bonus for each recruited driver * Performance-based bonuses * Salary paid on time * Training and guidance from experienced team members * Opportunity to gain experience in the US trucking and logistics industry * Professional growth and career development * Opportunity to work with US-based logistics and trucking companies Total income: up to $1,500+ per month, depending on performance.
