Twin is looking for an Updater for expedite logistics operations with cargo vans, sprinters, and box trucks.

This position is suitable for candidates with no previous experience, but strong communication skills are required.

The main responsibility is to keep load information updated and communicate clearly with drivers, brokers, and the dispatch team.

• Approximate English speaking level: IELTS Speaking 7.0

Responsibilities

• Communicate with drivers and track load status
• Update brokers, customers, and dispatchers about the load
• Check pickup and delivery information
• Monitor delays and report issues on time
• Enter and update load information in the system
• Support dispatchers with daily operations
• Keep communication fast, clear, and professional
• Make sure all updates are accurate and on time
