A trucking company is looking for an Updater to join its team. Previous experience is not required.
Requirements:
Fluent English
Strong communication skills
Good negotiation skills
Responsible and proactive attitude
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Tracking drivers and active loads
Providing timely and accurate updates
Communicating with drivers and dispatchers
Keeping load information up to date
Following up on shipments throughout the shift
Assisting with operational issues when necessary
Important:
No previous experience is required
Remote work is not available
