Requirements:
• Minimum IELTS 7.0 is required.
• Fluent spoken English and Russian are mandatory.
• 1–2 years of experience as an Update Specialist.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle daily tasks efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and update load statuses in a timely manner.
• Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and other team members regarding load progress.
• Track shipments and report delays or potential issues.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the company’s systems.
• Identify and help resolve operational issues when necessary.
