Position: Update Specialist (Updater)

Work Experience: 6+ months

Responsibilities:

• Update load and shipment statuses accurately and on time.

• Track shipments and make regular check calls to drivers.

• Maintain clear communication with drivers, brokers, and customers.

• Work with MS Excel and Google Sheets to manage shipment data.

• Report shipment delays, issues, and progress to the team.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in the trucking logistics industry.

• Fluent English and Russian.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

• Ability to work night shifts and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
