About the Position:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Update Specialist to join our growing logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring shipments, providing timely updates, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the transportation process. If you have experience in the trucking industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and update customer loads accurately.

• Ensure on-time delivery updates and shipment tracking.

• Solve load-related issues quickly and professionally.

• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.

• Communicate with dispatchers, drivers, and internal teams regarding shipment status.

• Follow up on active loads and ensure all updates are entered into the system promptly.

• Assist in resolving operational issues to ensure efficient load management.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy while handling multiple shipments simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the trucking/logistics industry.

• Experience working with Quick Manage (QM).

• Ability to monitor and update customer loads accurately.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum age: 18 years.

• Candidates with more than 6 months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
