Tasks

• Design websites, landing pages, and UX flows in Figma
• Build wireframes and prototypes that map to clear user journeys
• Apply visual hierarchy and responsive design best practices across devices
• Identify UX and conversion problems using funnel data, heatmaps, and session recordings
• Form conversion hypotheses tied to design changes
• Prioritize and structure A/B tests, and define success metrics
• Optimize CTAs and landing pages based on test results
• Report on what was tested, what worked, and why

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years UI/UX design experience
• Website and landing page design
• Wireframing and UX flows
• Responsive design
• Figma proficiency
• Strong visual hierarchy skills
• Prototyping
• Ability to explain design decisions through a conversion lens (problem → solution → hypothesis → test → metric)
