Responsibilities
- Manage daily safety/compliance operations
- Monitor FMCSA regulations, CSA scores, and performance
- Prepare inspection reports, violations, and corrective actions
- Handle accidents, insurance claims, and post-accident procedures
- Manage DOT Random Drug and Alcohol Testing Program
- Maintain driver qualification/safety records
- Review MVR, PSP, and inspection histories
- Communicate with drivers, insurers, and government agencies
- Prepare weekly/monthly safety reports
- Coach drivers and address safety violations
Requirements
- Open to all qualified candidates
- 6m+ trucking safety experience mandatory
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations
