• Monitor trailer availability and utilization.

• Coordinate trailer assignments with dispatch and operations teams.

• Track trailer movements and update internal systems.

• Ensure accurate trailer documentation and records.

• Communicate with drivers and internal departments regarding trailer status.

• Assist in resolving trailer-related operational issues.

• Maintain compliance with company procedures and operational standards.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in a Trailer Department.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic computer skills and ability to work with transportation software.
