Street Dispatcher

Work Format: Office Only (No Remote)

Salary: Discussed during the interview

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and manage 6-10+ trucks independently.

• Source loads and build profitable lanes.

• Negotiate rates and maintain strong relationships with brokers.

• Monitor shipments and resolve operational issues.

• Handle TONU, detention, layover, and dispute cases.

• Ensure efficient daily fleet operations.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with DAT, JB Hunt, Dry Van, and USPS (mandatory).

• Proven ability to manage multiple trucks independently.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Experience in load sourcing, lane planning, and problem-solving.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
