About Flott Flott is a fast-growing Uzbek fintech startup building a modern digital factoring and receivables financing platform. We help suppliers get immediate cash for their invoices while allowing buyers extended payment terms. We combine finance with technology and AI to solve real cash-flow problems for businesses across Uzbekistan. We are looking for a strong Senior Full Stack Developer who thrives in a startup environment — someone who can think like a founder, move fast, and build high-impact features.

Tasks

• Core Platform Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain our core web platform (factoring marketplace, dashboard, integrations, etc.).
• End-to-End Ownership: Work across the entire stack, from UI/UX improvements to backend logic and database architecture.
• AI-Accelerated Delivery: Leverage modern AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot) to maximize velocity and problem-solving.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Collaborate closely with the CTO, help maintain code quality, and mentor junior developers/interns.
• Founder Mindset: Take massive initiative, suggest product improvements, and optimize engineering processes.

Requirements

• Strong experience with React.js (or Next.js) and Node.js.
• Solid full-stack fundamentals (REST APIs, databases, authentication, etc.).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Vibe Coder Mindset: Fast learner who leverages AI tools to deliver high-quality results rapidly.
• Startup DNA: Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
• Communication: Russian and/or Uzbek (basic English is a plus).
• No strict years of experience required — we value raw skill, speed, and attitude over a resume checklist.
