CF Transport is an American company working with US trucking businesses. Our office is in Mirabad district, Tashkent. No experience required — we’ll train you on the product and on sales.
What you’ll do: — cold-call leads from the company database — identify client needs and present our solution — handle objections and negotiate terms — follow up to move leads through the pipeline — keep accurate records in CRM
What we’re looking for: — clear, confident phone communication — English (IELTS 6.5+), Russian (C1), Uzbek (fluent) — resilience to rejection, drive to hit KPIs — openness to coaching
We offer: $300 base + KPI-based bonus
