Requirements:
• English Level: IELTS Speaking 6.0+ (fluent conversational English is a must).
• Experience: Open to candidates WITH and WITHOUT experience (full paid internal training provided).
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls and outreach to US-based business/fleet owners to generate lead pipelines and present acquisition offers.
• Evaluate basic company background, FMCSA safety metrics, and compliance records during initial conversations (training provided).
• Negotiate terms, handle objections, and assist in closing onboarding/transfer deals.
• Maintain accurate records of lead statuses and communication in the CRM system.
