Languages Required: Fluent English (C1) and Russian (B2)
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor driver safety performance and ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and company safety policies.

Review and investigate safety events, violations, accidents, and Hours of Service (HOS) compliance.

Communicate with drivers regarding safety issues and provide guidance on corrective actions.

Track and maintain safety records, reports, and related documentation.

Identify potential safety risks and escalate issues when necessary.

Assist in maintaining a high standard of safety across the fleet.
Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to work the specified evening shift.

Ability to work responsibly in a fast-paced environment.
