Languages Required: Fluent English (C1) and Russian (B2)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor driver safety performance and ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and company safety policies.

• Review and investigate safety events, violations, accidents, and Hours of Service (HOS) compliance.

• Communicate with drivers regarding safety issues and provide guidance on corrective actions.

• Track and maintain safety records, reports, and related documentation.

• Identify potential safety risks and escalate issues when necessary.

• Assist in maintaining a high standard of safety across the fleet.

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to work the specified evening shift.
