Requirements:

Strong knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations

Experience managing Driver Qualification (DQ) Files

Accident investigation and reporting skills

CSA score management experience

Ability to conduct safety training and driver coaching

Knowledge of risk management practices

Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements

Strong recordkeeping and documentation skills
