Requirements:

At least 1 year of relevant experience

Knowledge of company safety policies and FMCSA regulations

Ability to work with safety reports, inspections, and violations

Responsibilities:

Monitor driver compliance with safety policies and FMCSA regulations

Communicate with drivers about violations, incidents, inspections, and required documents

Review safety reports, inspections, and violations

Handle accident reports, roadside inspections, and safety-related issues

Maintain accurate safety records and documentation

Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and other departments

Assist drivers with safety-related matters
