Safety Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Handle accident documentation, investigations, insurance coordination;

- Review roadside inspections, violations, and CSA/SMS performance; follow up on corrective actions;

  Collecting & managing safety and compliance documents, including:

-Able to work with Amazon Asset Verifications.

- MVR, CLAIM, PSP

- IFTA, IRP, Clearinghouse

- Drug test coordination

- Driver applications

- Employment verification

- Annual MVR & Clearinghouse checks

- Company safety files & folders

- Permits and related documentation
